General
Thank you for using www.gamefishltd.co.uk (the 'site'). These terms and conditions govern your use of the site and purchase of goods and services from Gamefish. If you have any questions, please contact us by using the "contact us" form.
In these terms and conditions, "we", "us", "our" and Gamefish refer to Gamefish Ltd.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and you consent to us using your information in accordance with our privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
You must use the site for lawful purposes only. If we allow you to register with us you are fully responsible and liable for all access made to the site using any password or user name that you register with us. You should keep such passwords and user names confidential at all times. Your use of and registration on the site is void where it is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Purchasing and Title
If making a purchase from this site using a credit card you must be 18 years of age or older. In all circumstances you must have the authorisation of the card holder of the card being used before making a purchase from www.gamefishltd.co.uk.
Orders are accepted at Gamefish sole discretion. An order will be deemed to have been placed when you "Submit Order" from the final Review Order screen. You will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of the order. An order becomes a "Confirmed order" and is per se accepted when payment has been successfully received through Sagepay, after which goods will be despatched at the earliest opportunity.
If payment is unsuccessful you will be notified within 24 hours, Mon - Fri. Sagepay is part of the Sage Plc and acts as a payment facilitator. Rejection of a credit/debit card payment is being made by the card issuer and neither Gamefish nor Sagepay can be held liable.
Where items have gone out of stock you will be notified, so that you can decide whether to await their availability or have your credit/debit card refunded. In no circumstances are Gamefish liable for any other charge or cost.
Title to the goods you purchase will pass to you once we have received cleared payment in full for them and they have been successfully delivered to you. Until that time we will retain title to the goods.
Delivery and Customs
We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated at the order process stage. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we cannot be held liable for late delivery of goods as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
Goods can only be delivered to the cardholders address.
It is important that the address supplied to us by you is accurate. We intend to deliver the goods to the address you have provided. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods. Where goods become held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered it is your responsibility subsequently to collect the goods.
We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that any customs duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you. Gamefish will not be held liable for these.
Making Returns
To return items you must obtain a Return Authorisation number and follow the instructions provided. A Return Authorisation must be secured within 7 days but you then have up to 28 days from the date of purchase physically to return the item.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
A refund of the price of the goods will be made on receipt of the item in compliance with the Returns Policy. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to Gamefish.
RETURNS POLICY
Items may be returned without charge where they comply with the following conditions:
The goods are in fully re-saleable condition.
The goods must still have their original packaging and original packaging must be intact.
The customer has obtained a Return Authorisation number by email within 7 working days.
Where a product is returned without complying with 1 above, Gamefish reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
On requesting a Return, instructions about the steps to follow will be emailed to you. Please follow these carefully.
Items that are returned without a Return Authorisation (RA) number may be returned to the sender.
Please remember you are not able to return items that have been used.
You are asked to check your purchase thoroughly upon receipt before disposing of the packaging.
On receipt of a returned item, Gamefish will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the item or issue a credit note to the recipient. Refunds, where made, will be made to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase.

Cancellations and exchanges
If you realise you have made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using sales@gamfishltd.co.uk. In all other circumstances follow the Returns Policy.
