Description of Parts:-
•All brochures, specifications, drawings, catalogues, descriptions and illustrations, application guides and information, price lists and other advertising matter are intended only to present a general idea of the Goods and Services described in them.
•We shall use reasonable endeavours to correctly describe parts and products. In any event of a product being incorrectly described or labelled Click Car Parts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure of the description of parts.
•Parts must be fitted by a qualified mechanic and under no circumstances shall Click Car Pars ltd be liable for any consequential loss or damage due to fitting of parts supplied to the Buyer.
•We do not cover any additional costs such as recovery, hire vehicle or labours costs in the event of an item failure/fault.
•There may be on occasions where the manufacturer has changed the design of the part, ie make the exhaust silencer round instead of square, any changes will not make a difference to the fitment or performance, there are several reasons why they may do this which include costs, transportation or ease of fitment.
Returns Policy:-
•The Warranty period is standard of 12 months unless otherwise stated
•Any faulty item that is over 3 months will only be offered a replacement, the replacement item will only have the remaining warranty period left, eg if an item fails 8 months after the purchase date, the replacement item will have 4 months of the remaining warranty period left (items with 12 months warranty), this does not start again from day 1.
•Any faulty item must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued, alternatively the replacement can be purchased and sent out then the faulty unit can be sent back and a refund for the replacement purchased can be issued.
We no longer send out replacements unless the faulty unit has come back or a new unit is purchased.
•We do not accept returns in person
•Any warranty claims must be by the purchaser/buyer of the item, we will not accept warranty claims from any third party.
•Any warranty claim for batteries that are 6 months or over from the time (when the item was delivered) of buyers ownership of goods, we will require a test report to show the battery is faulty, this can either be done yourselves, from a garage or returned to us to be checked.
. If a Scorpion product is to be returned then there will be a 20% handling charge, they are hand made to order and this is the fee. You agree to this upon placing an order.
For COVID-19:
•Please note the delivery due date for the orders not the delivery service.
•There will be no same day dispatch on orders while the COVID-19 Pandemic is on going.
•Our listings do have handling/dispatch time on them which vary, please check the listing you are looking at for this
•Do not come in person to see us as we are not allowing members of the public onto our premises, you will be turned away.
Dispatch and Delivery Policy:-
•We do not offer collections in person, we only offer a delivery by courier service only
•We make every effort to dispatch your parts within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment with the exceptions of weekends and bank holidays
•On purchases made before 1pm (Weekdays:- Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) we strive to dispatch your goods the same day, although this is not guaranteed
•Your parts will be dispatched to your registered Address unless otherwise requested
•Please ensure the address supplied is correct, as any incorrect addresses may cause a delay in the courier delivering the item
•If delivering to a business address, please be aware that the couriers delivery hours may be outside of your business hours
•You will receive a confirmation email that your parts have been dispatched
•Please make sure you provide your telephone number and where appropriate your vehicle registration (when purchasing a none type approved catalytic convertor)
•Please make sure there is someone in to sign for your delivery, as items may be left safe or with a neighbour by the courier if you are not it at the time of delivery
•If you do not want items to be left safe or with a neighbour, we need to be contacted before the item is dispatched
•Any item which is left safe or with a neighbour in the event of the buyer not being in at the time of delivery is at the buyers risk, we shall not be liable for any missing, lost or stolen items as a result
•Items (exhaust parts, Catalytic Converters, Pipes) being delivered outside of Mainland UK may be cut for logistical/shipping reasons, if cut on he pipe work, we will provide a sleeve and clamp to connect the to parts back together, we need to be contacted if you do not wish this us to cut the exhaust part
•We use a third party courier service for all of our deliveries
•On multiple purchases, your order may be split for logistical reasons again we will endeavour to deliver all consignments within a reasonable amount of time
•In the eventuality that an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately and inform you of an estimated delivery time
•We shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Click Car Parts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
•We must be informed in writing within 3 days of delivery of any damages or shortage of goods. Failure to do so will free the company from any liability in this respect.
•Under no circumstances shall Click Car Parts be liable for any loss of profit or contracts or other consequential loss or damage on the part of the Buyer however caused.
•All though we offer free delivery, if after the maximum attempts to deliver is met with the courier within the estimate delivery timeframe for the order resulting in the item being returned to us, any redelivery will incur a charge.
•Important note, deliveries to EU countries may now incur extra charges, these charges are out of our hands, there may be VAT, Customs Charges etc.. charged by the courier before the item is delivered.
