I use this flour to make my standard seedy bread 2 or 3 times a week. It is used in conjunction with Doves Farm wholemeal wheat flour and Heygate's Green strong bread flour. There are also seeds of pumpkin, sunflowers, sesame, chia, and flax, and oats. The rye flour increases the fibre of the loaf and adds a nutty flavour. I buy 5 one kilo bags at a time and the flour seems to keep well in my pest proof plastic flour bin. The bread is delicious with sweet or savoury toppings; and also makes great toast. I also use the rye flour in pancakes, waffles, crumbles, and other baking. It is an indispensable item in my kitchen.
