Good food warmer
I was surprise by this food warmer as I didn't expect it to be as good as a Bain Marie as its a fraction of price of one . I used it on max heat setting outside last weekend for keeping bbq food warm and to my surprise it actually kept the food hot not just warm . The stainless steel bowls are also very easy to clean , if you looking for a budget priced food warmer I definitely recommend this oneI was surprise by this food warmer as I didn't expect it to be as good as a Bain Marie as its a fraction of price of one . I bought one of these, Later TWO, We have a few for Xmas dinner , So need to keep food hot from cooked to finish of meal, Serving can take a while, Food needs to be kept hot from start to finish for ALL, as we say prayers before our meals. These heating trays help to do just that, also help to let people serve themselves with HOT FOOD at all times. We of course don't use it for meat. Lightweight and compact
This was perfect size , compact & easy to store & does the job well .The dishes are quite generous I would have liked glass lids but they fitted well. The unit kept veg hot but once on table lost heat quickly, next time I would put dishes back onto base to keep spare veg warm for second helpings.
