Any person making a purchase from this site will be asked to confirm they agree to our terms and conditions. By bidding on our items listed for sale, this will act as confirmation that "YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT"
General Conditions
Purchase from us are limited to those who can lawfully enter into and form contracts under the Laws of England and Wales. All sales must be made in line with eBay policy.
Only visitors to the Site who agree to our Terms and Conditions ("Participants" "Buyer" "You" "Your" as the context requires) when purchasing items may participate in buying on this site.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when purchasing. You can update us with changes to your details via e-mail or phone. We reserve the right to refuse access to the eBay shop, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Your relationship with us is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales
Electronic Communications
When you transact with us via the Site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you directly by e-mail or by posting messages using the eBay messaging facility. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to any statutory changes or rulings by any act or customs authority affecting the customs duty payable by you.
Collection
All items that have been paid for must be collected within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Items paid for and not collected within this timescale will be refunded and relisted.
Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your product/s you must make this known when collecting the item/s. Thames Valley Police are compliant with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which provides a 14 working day no quibble guarantee on 'Second Chance Offers' only. Your right to cancel the agreement ends 14 working days after collection of the goods.
You have a duty to take reasonable care of any goods received, and we reserve the refuse the return of items which have not been subject to this care.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to refuse any items if we suspect that our returns policy is being abused.
Returning items
All items returned must be returned to the original station in accordance with the same guidance issued when organising the collection. This is to ensure safe receipt of items.
All returns will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods and payment will be made either via PayPal.
