Payment
In respect of Underground Graphics supplied goods, services our ordering system allows you to make several choices of payment. We accept all major credit / debit cards, cheque or simply complete the online order form. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or online. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. Thereafter payment is collected through our online credit card processing partner, WorldPay.
If payment is to be made by cheque, please allow 7 days for cheque clearance. Any errors in receipts or payments will be rectified within 7 working days of our agreeing to correct them.
The company accepting the payment is Cube. The name that will appear on your statement may vary depending on the method you use to make payment.

Every order placed with Underground Graphics is subject to a security check. These checks are carried out to protect both you and us against fraudulent transactions. Therefore all information entered by you must match the information held by the card issuer. Supplying incorrect or incomplete information will result in a delay in processing your order. If we are unable to confirm the identity of a customer we may carry out further security checks that may delay the processing of your order. As the supplier we reserve the right not to supply goods if we are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion to a security check.
We may on occasion ask you to fax, post or email further proof of identity. We may on occasion ask the customer to supply their credit/debit card details to carry out a further security check.
If you suspect your card has been used fraudulently on our website please contact your card issuer immediately and notify us of the occurrence on 0845 094 2402.

Delivery Address
In conjunction with our security policy we only supply products to the cardholders address as standard. If your wish the item to be sent to an address other than that of the card address please contact us via email info@undergroundgraphics.com. Entering an address into the site when it is not the registered address of the card may subject your order to a delay.
Generally we will accept two forms of identification showing the card address to allow an order to go to an alternative residential address. We will deliver to an alternative business address providing we can verify details.

Placing an Order
Simply browse our catalogue and click on "Add" at the item you wish to buy and it will be added into your Basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for your details. If you wish to make your purchase over the telephone please call one of our advisors on 0845 094 2402. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If any item is not available, it will automatically be placed on back order for you, however, should you not wish to make use of this facility you may cancel your order. Back ordered items will be charged before they are ready for dispatch.

Goods Faulty on Arrival or in use
Your product or service purchased is/are covered by manufacturers' warranty or guarantee as applicable and set out in the relevant product information. All attempts should be made to reasonably allow Underground Graphics or the supplier to attempt to repair any problems identified. In order to investigate any such issue we may ask that the goods be returned for inspection.
Goods Damaged in Transit
You should pay attention and make sure you inspect the product on delivery. Any damage must be noted by you and delivery agent on delivery form. Underground Graphics or the supplier if ordered direct will be responsible for reasonably prompt repair of any damage.
Return of Goods
The cost of returning goods found to be faulty will be refunded a rate agreed by telephone or email at the time the return is accepted. The cost of returning goods no longer wanted will be bourne by the buyer.
Delivery Policy
Underground Graphics will ensure that products or services are delivered promptly and on time, in line with the product and / or service information supplied during the order process. However as with most service and product suppliers acts of God or unforeseen circumstances may prevail however Underground Graphics and our suppliers will keep you informed of any undue delay. In cases where items are delivered to an address outside of the United Kingdom the buyer is responsible for determining if there are, and making payment for, any import or duty charges levied by the receiving country.
In cases where an item goes missing during transit it is our policy to follow the terms laid down by the claims process of your chosen carrier such as UPS or Royal Mail. No refund or replacement will be issued before the carrier has investigated the issue and reported their findings nor will such be issued where the carrier reports that the item was delivered successfully.
Refund Policy
Should you require a refund you must return the goods in their original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition within 14 days of purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the costs of returning goods. It is strongly recommended that returns are made by an insured, tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier. Any free gifts included with your delivery must also be returned. Your refund will be processed immediately on receipt of the returned goods. Products made by special order or to custom specification cannot be refunded. Underground Graphics will refund a reasonable cost of return only in cases where there has been a manufacturing error or the incorrect goods have been sent.

Guarantees
All original products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee for a period of 12 months.
