Up for auction is a Very Rare Yamaha SG-12 Twelve String Electric Guitar Made in Nippin Gakki Plant in Japan. It is a 1966-1967 guitar that has been repainted gold over red. I'm selling as is with no refunds. Neck is straight and the fret have a lot of life left, has the original Yamaha tuners that are in great condition. Someone has made a pickguard out of 1/4 inch thick piece of plastic and installed a humbucker. The pickup works and is loud. This would be a great guitar to restore or use for parts. Headstock front was painted and has Troth painted in gold. I believe the paint could be removed and the original red is ok. It has the same body as the SG-2 and the SG-3 guitars. The body is in great condition also. Look at the pictures and email me with any questions. Shipping to the Continental US Only. PayPal Only. |
