I NEVER give positive, five star, reviews to people who ask me to give them. In most cases I simple don’t review; but when someone actively attempts to bribe me by asking me to contact Customer Services after giving a five star review in order to receive a free gift it, it annoys me enough to feel the need to give a less than good review. Also, although the item is as described, it was marked dispatched long before tracking showed it as having been handed over to Yodel.

Order arrived damaged in transit I contacted the seller who dispatched a second order. Unfortunately this also arrived damaged. Seller was very apologetic and immediately issued a full refund. Great customer service shame the items arrived damaged, perhaps a review of packing would reduce this happening.
