The hob arrived covered in finger prints then shrink-wrapped. I was concerned that it was not "new" as described. It did not work despite using appropriate induction pots. When I asked seller for a refund/ return (several times) they ignored my request and told me to use the correct pans. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
