I bought a 20ft flagpole from this vendor, I received a 6ft pole, I asked for a return and I was offered 3 amounts of £4, £7, and £9 , as I’d bought a 20ft pole in good faith all I wanted was the 20ft pole I had originally bought , they told me they didn’t sell a 20 ft pole but I’ve found one from the same vendor, I would never recommend this vendor as I think they are very unprofessional , I have included a screenshot of what I actually bought to warn others, buy at your own risk, terrible,

This spatula arrived with its metal core coming out of the blade on both sides and scratched a non stick surface. It was therefore unusable. The seller repeatedly offered small part refunds £1-2 and said there was no point in returning it. It was a very poor experience on every level. EBay had to step in to sort a refund for this in the end. I would not recommend this seller.
