Sorry, we do not refuse to provide refund or resend, if the product is indeed faulty, we as the seller, of course, should compensate for the faulty, but we only received the email shipping damage you mentioned, but we did not receive any photos. It's not fair to leave a bad review saying we don't refund or reship just after we replied "we need a photo"
