Abusive communications
we are committed to treating customers, third parties and customer representatives fairly and in a professional manner. Likewise, we expect all our customers and third parties, including customer representatives, to treat ourselves with courtesy and respect, whatever the communications channel.
Any conduct from individuals that amounts to aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour or communication directed at ourselves.
Examples of such conduct include but are not limited to:
Threats of violence.
Swearing.
Negative or discriminatory comments with regards to race, culture, religion or belief, age, disability, gender reassignment, sex, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, and pregnancy and maternity.
Personal remarks that are disrespectful.
Language that may cause employees to feel afraid, threatened or abused.
Making allegations against ourselves, employees and or suppliers that you know to be untrue.
Posting graphic, sensitive or offensive imagery.
When this happens, We reserves the right to end communications with the abusive party. In extreme cases we reserve the right to take further appropriate action to ensure such communications stop.
DAMAGE & SHORTAGES
We must be informed of any incorrect goods, damages or shortage within a maximum 7 days from date of delivery.Claims must be made in writing via email or message service, photos must be provided as proof. no claim will be accepted without photographic proof. photos must be of a quality and size to ensure recognition of products.
SHIPPING
Goods will only be dispatched to residential or business addresses we retain the right to cancel orders where the shipping address is Parcel Motel or any other intermediate address.
We reserve the right and without prior notice to change the postal method of all goods were deemed necessary due to weight, overall value, security or so as not to infringe shipping policies of any shipping or postal organisation
POSTAL RETURNS
It is the buyer s sole responsibility to ensure receipt of all goods sent regardless of service.
PRODUCT PACKAGING.
we reserve the right to change product packaging without prior notice. Change in colour; type or component of any packaging will not be considered as having any effect on the physical contents of said packaging and not seen as a defect
OPERATING HOURS.
We operate Monday to Friday inclusive, There is no shipping during Saturday and Sunday all orders during the week end will be dispatched on the fist working day. We do not consider week ends as working days.
