For orders over £2500 we may ask for a B.A.C.S. payment/transfer as an alternative to credit card payment.

Shopping at Future Build Supplies Ltd is 100% safe.
We also use HSBC Bank s Global Iris system to provide you with a secure integrated shopping environment, if you wish to pay by card.

Made to order Products:
A number of products on our website will be individually made to order, once ordered and confirmed these products cannot be cancelled or returned as they are made at the customers request.
Invoice Details:
An invoice will be sent after payment has cleared and when the order has been processed.
Guarantee:
All of our products come with the manufacturer s guarantee of 12 months. Some products may have longer guarantees, please contact us if you should require additional information.
Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.
Information & Accuracy:
We retain the right to make adjustments to the pricing on this site to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties. If the price is found to be incorrect a new price shall be submitted to you and if this price is unacceptable then the contract shall be cancelled, with a refund if applicable.
Tax:
All prices shown are including the current rate of V.A.T at 20%, which will be added to your order at checkout.
Back Orders:
Should your required item not be in stock, we will back order it for you. We will e-mail you with the proposed delivery date and should you rather not wait for delivery, you will have the option to cancel your order or part of it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Force Majeure:
Future Build Supplies Ltd reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the Contract or reduce the volume of the Goods ordered by you the Buyer (without liability to you the Buyer) if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either partys workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 45 days, Future Build Supplies Ltd shall be entitled to give notice in writing to you the buyer to terminate the Contract.
FUTURE BUILD SUPPLIES LTD, ADVISE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO AWAIT FOR RECEIPT OF YOUR GOODS, BEFORE ARRANGING TRADESMEN TO INSTALL THEM, AS SOMETIMES IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES DELIVERY DATES NEED TO BE CHANGED AT THE LAST MINUTE AND FUTURE BUILD SUPPLIES LTD, ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR THIS.
