the item came without the facility to hang the ball, At first they said it did not come with a hanger but when I pointed out that the picture shows the ball hanging they offered me a part refund. I have told them to either give me a full refund or a prepaid label or I will refer the matter to Ebay. To date I have heard nothing so will be taking this up with Ebay
