    The right tape for the job...

    This size and thickness was correct to install the fender flares on a durango I was working on{be sure to measure the width and thickness on the old tape before removal}...Keep in mind the working temperatures should be in range when installing the parts...Also,with some time in reading about the procedure, if the parts are freshly painted you DO NOT use the packets of adhesion promoter{sold separately}.. Make sure you have the parts test fitted with tape guides if need be...You'll only get one shot at installing the part this stuff sticks !!! This is the best brand out there IMO so get the good stuff and do it once....

    3M tape 06384 is excellent

    3M automotive tape is super sticky and works extremely well even on exterior surfaces. It far exceeds the tape that comes on the decorative chrome pieces for cars and trucks. I add it on in addition to the tape that comes on them. It lasts a long time too.

    3M Auto Tape

    Product worked well when reinstalling the new convertible roof on my Porsche Boxster. Unfortunately and despite contacting 3M in Australia, I was not able to source it locally. This supplier ships to Australia which is great.

    BEST THERE IS!!

    EVERYTHING THAT MOUNTS WITH THE CHINEESE TAPE I USE THIS 3M TAPE INSTEAD!!! JUST MAKE SURE THE SURFACE'S ARE REAL CLEAN, I USE BRAKE CLEANER AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH LASTING EVEN WITH FLOOD WATER AND TRUCK WASHES.. ORDER MORE THAT ONE SIZE, AND ROLLS BECAUSE YOU'LL FIND ALL KINDS OF PLACES TO US IT!
