Terrible reviews everywhere online and I can see why, they dumped the bed in the hallway of the wrong building without checking they were at the right place - which they were not - luckily I recognised the hall in pic but had to go and get it and struggle back to the correct building with three heavy packages - not acceptable for an item I've paid £400 for! My arms hurt today from carrying it - please change courier for future customers sake!
