Our terms are very straightforward & very fair on both parties and are as follows, Make very sure you read them, and TOTALLY agree to be bound by them
1. Firstly and foremost, any winning bidder is under no obligation to purchase any car from us, if, having seen it, you feel it is not as described. We will not question or challenge your decision not to proceed, even if you don't like the colour of it! We endeavour to list as accurately as we can, and NEVER KNOWINGLY abuse your trust, but you must accept we are human and can make errors or omissions, and therefore will not hold anyone to a purchase, AS LONG AS THEY HAVE SEEN IT, Similarly you will have no right to complain to us that you may have traveled x number of miles and wasted a day. This was your decision to bid and come down having been totally aware of our terms. It’s fair and simple,
2. Any bidder winning or otherwise is VERY WELCOME to come down and test thoroughly in whatever way they see fit, for however long they see fit in the day, and they will be left totally alone to do so. Mechanics are welcome in the process. If anyone is not happy with a vehicle having inspected, then of course they are under no obligation to buy. Should they purchase, we will not entertain any after sales issues, all our cars are sold as seen. We do stipulate if you want an AA or RAC inspection, these must be done before bidding, NOT afterwards.
3. All our cars are sold as seen, and in order to fully comply with the sale of goods act we declare hereby that they are fit for spares or repair only, with all faults, and not fit for use on the public highway. This way we can sell the car legitimately, without falling foul of sale of goods act 1979, and sell no reserve/cheep trade price without going out of business, and this will be stated on the invoice. This means the price we get will be lower, but you must appreciate, you are not buying from a retail environment, All cars are trade sales not retail and We do not negotiate on the final bid price Due to this we advise all bidders to allow themselves £xxx? for the rectification of any issues they may find, these may be bodywork/interior or mechanical so if you want warranties, proper aftersales service, we hate to break it to you but we suggest you buy elsewhere as such services come with a price. we are more of an auction house which allows unlimited test drives prior to purchase rather than a retail motor trader, Please note any mileage reference in all listing MUST be considered entirely fictitious/incorrect as it is our company policy not to warrant any mileage.
4. We must have telephone or email contact from the winning bidder within 24 hours of the auction end, or we will reserve the right to offer to the under bidder, or indeed elsewhere.
5. Upon winning an auction, we will email you our telephone contact numbers, TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS YOU HAVE REGISTERED WITH EBAY. You must call us by telephone within 24 hours of winning an auction, just to confirm your purchase etc, otherwise we reserve the right to offer the car elsewhere. PLEASE NOTE we do NOT require a deposit, as long as you are collecting your car within 2 days of the auction ending. If you are anticipating collecting past the 2nd day, WE WILL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF £100 WHICH WILL BE FULLY REFUNDABLE SHOULD YOU NOT LIKE THE CAR having seen it. If you refuse to leave a deposit, we will automatically reserve the right to re-list the car, or offer it elsewhere.we will hold the car on the deposit for 5 days from auction end date, if not paid in full by this time we will offer the car elsewhere and deposit will not be refunded The reason for this, is simply we are being increasingly messed around with winning bidders saying they will collect after the weekend and then giving excuses or simply not showing.
6. NO DELIVERY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES COLLECTION ONLY FROM OUR PREMISES!.
7.NO 0 OR LOW FEEDBACK BIDDERS WITHOUT CONTACTING US BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID OR IT MAY BE REMOVED.
8.all overseas bidders to pay £200GBP NONREFUNDABLE deposit within 24h and collect within 7 days

general terms and conditions.we aim to despatch items within 5 working days, and for items to be delivered within 7 - 8 working days.if you receive your item in the time scale stated, this would be considered a 5 star service. all postage charges are the very lowest prices, in most cases don't cover the cost for post and packaging, this is to keep inline with our competitors. feel free to check our prices with other sellers, if you can find another like for like cheaper we will aim to better them. we accept returns under our return policy stated in the listings. but under no circumstances what so ever will the return postage fees be refunded.
