The seller has been helpful, was getting concerned about the lateness of the product but they sent me a message to reassure me if anything had gone wrong they would rectify it immediately. These are perfect for tiny baby snakes! Packaged really well, no damage to any of the dishes despite their fragility.
The only negative part of the experience was yodel, they are terrible with timing and deliveries in general- if a different company was used it would’ve been a wholly positive experience.
