Their packing could survive a nuclear blast and arrived in 3 days from ship notice. Cells are as described and as a bonus I lucked out on the cell selection from an aesthetic point of view (I got the 2 bus bar cell- see ad description to see what I'm talking about). If you're looking for an inexpensive starter kit to get experience soldering cells you can't go wrong here. Thanks heartofthesun! I'll be back for more!Follow-up from: 4***6- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.I did some testing on these cells. Even without pointing directly at the sun my tabbed cell got an I(sc) [short circuit current] of 1.310 amps!! Strung 36 of them together on some foam board for a test and got a V(sc) of 21.3v with an I(sc) of 1.25+ amps without even directly pointing at the sun! He also knows the reality of solar DIY- I used 41 of the 45 cells to make a 36 cell panel (breakage). Anyway, thanks again HeartOfTheSun! I'll be back when its time to try to make a bigger one.

This one fits the bill, and seems to be very tough as advertised (though I won't be durability testing it). Heart of the Sun Solar communicated swiftly saying the panel wouldn't ship while he was away, but remained responsive and shipped the item out promptly when he returned on the 16th of September.
