its a good hose ; heavier than expected but good to use; the only issue is that once it is fixed and screwed to the tap, you cannot connect a normal hose; good product though

This is certainly the worst product that I have every purchased on eBay, or possibly ever. The cassette is nasty, flimsy and almost impossible to rewind the hose into. The hose itself is very prone to kinking which means that you have to keep stopping to unknot it. The hose itself sprung a leak the 3rd to me I used it, after which it went in the dustbin. The spray nozzle didn't work from the off and wouldn't turn off. This is a horrible, horrible product. Please don't buy one, you will regret the waste if both your time and money.

Picture and description are very misleading. Unpacked the cheap plastic hose real that feels like it will fall apart when you real it in. When I say reel it in I mean struggle to real it in. The material hose is soaking unlike a plastic hose and so makes reeling it in even more difficult. Even using the attachment supplied instead of the tap attachment I already have it leaked water everywhere impacting on the pressure. All in all I would not recommend this item.

Unwrapping and wrapping on the reel is very time consuming. Can not use it unless fully unwrapped and kink/twist free. Pipe started to leak at various places on first use. Not a good quality. Should’ve bought a slightly more expensive but better quality product

Very disappointed with this hose, it works but is very flimsy, the slightest kink in the hose will stop it from working, the webbing around the hose is already fraying and I have only used it once. To wind it back onto the plastic reel would take ages and be very difficult . The different sprays are good and it is small and lightweight.
