2) WE SHIP ONLY TO THE ADDRESS SUPPLIED BY PAYPAL
3) ALL FAULTY ITEMS ON DELIVERY MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT BY A DELIVERY METHOD THAT IS TRACKABLE IN CASE OF LOST ITEM

8) IF ANY ITEM IS RETURNED TO US BY THE COURIER DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, NO ONE AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE DELIVERY AT ADDRESS, CUSTOMER NOT CALLING FOR THEIR ITEM AFTER DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE POSTAGE AT THE GOING RATE FOR RE-DELIVERY. 16) A BATTERY WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED UNDER WARRANTY IF IT IS FLAT.
17) IF THE CUSTOMER SUSPECTS THE ITEM IS FAULTY THEY MUST FIRST CONTACT US.
18) WE WILL ADVISE THE CUSTOMER OF THE RETURNS PROCEDURE TO ALLOW US TO TEST THE ITEM FOR THE SUSPECTED FAULT.
19) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO BE TESTED AS PART OF A WARRANTY CLAIM.
20) IN THE EVEN THAT THE ITEM IS FAULTY WE WILL REFUND THE RETURN COST PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT BATTERY.

BEWARE! The image and the description stated that these batteries came in the original blister pack. However they were sent separately in small plastic bags showing no evidence of the claimed expiry date. Testing showed they were not fully charged. I received no replies to messages. Having read through previous feedback I have discoverd that other people have had the same problem. Whilst I have received a full refund I would not recommend this seller as they are selling dishonestly. BEWARE!

    Stylish, effective and efficient

    In my opinion, Looks very stylish in black. The timer is a really useful function to prevent overuse. I have been using on the lower setting (choice of 3) and find it effective and hence efficient use of electricity. Tempted to purchase another as a good back up system should gas CH fail etc. Much better warmth and efficiency than using fan heater types.

    I bought this heater last oct and barely used it since due to being away a little while ago i turned it on only to find that it no longer works. Very poor quality.

    Great little heater

    Does its job! Heats fast and stays warm for a while once off 😀. The timer is a nice feature of you want to set it automatically instead of manually.

    Nice and simple

    Easily assembled, the good thing about this radiator is its inbuilt, simple to select timer, which means you can set and depend upon it going on and off when you like together with whatever heat output you are after. It's good.

    very impressive heater

    very powerful and easy to use heater, great value for money, easy timer setting and variable heat settings and doesn't cost the earth to use. I use in a 10 foot by 10 foot room and it only takes 10-15 minits until the room feels like a sauna and that is on the medium setting
