Not the Humphrey Littleton I knew from the late 40’s when he played solid trad jazz one a week in a bar in Golders Green even if he only plays on some of the tracks. Various artists reveal their prowess instrumentally, even Acker Bilk gives a great performance and there is at least one early Bruce Turner number. Not withstanding this is a listen able CD of a type of music I would term as middle of the road jazz. A few foot tapers but Bad Penny Blues was a disappointment. Still its one hour twelve minutes and 39 seconds of listen able jazz. Recommended for the over 50's?
