Author Biography
Daniel P. Marston is Senior Lecturer in the Department of War Studies at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst (U.K.) and author of Phoenix from the Ashes: The Indian Army in the Burma Campaign. Chandar S. Sundaram teaches South Asian, Southeast Asian, European, and military history at The United International College in Zhuhai, China.
