I ordered this product on a recommendation. The order process was easy and it arrived in a couple of days. It's easy to use but tastes foul. Though I do think it's doing the job. I keep a drink beside me when I take it to take away the taste. But don't let that put you off. I would recommend it.

Based purely on my experience... I was recommended to take echinasea tablets when I had severe and prolonged congestion two years ago and they worked, but I did not realize that continuing to take them could make them ineffecive and had taken them for a considerable time afterwards. My next attack came earlier this year and the tablets had no effect when I started to take them again so I tried Plantago,( which I understood was the liquid version) The first dose seemed to have an effect but it did not last, I have now taken the whole bottle and my condition remains unchanged.

If like me you suffer from mucus I would try this product. I’m not totally sure if it works but when I stopped taking it my mucus got worse. It may be a coincidence but for the price of a bottle of red wine I’m keeping with it. I leave the bottle my sink in kitchen and take it twice a day -
