Delivery of parcels sent by us is generally provided with tracking details which is visible on eBay. Goods returned back with failed delivery attempts due to issue with the address will be subject to £3.50 cost of sending goods plus £4 for returning back the parcel.
 
Delivery time is given by chosen courier company. They are not guaranteed time stated by us. Any delays are not our responsibilities. In the event of delays or loss we cannot send refund or replacement until 30 days from date of purchase for International deliveries and 20 days for UK deliveries. You must contact us within 40 days of transaction for any delays or loss as per eBay policy otherwise transaction cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.
