Much better than plastic catheter bag holder which broke after a few weeks. I would always buy this type of holder. Lightweight and practical. Thoroughly recommend.

The first one I bought was used as supplied and I quickly realised that the four ‘pegs’ were ‘straight out’ and insecure. After a couple of weeks the top ‘holding’ spar broke at each end of attachment to the uprights. Using epoxy resin fashioned to anchor and reapply a solution, albeit not an attractive one! It has now been useable for a couple of months. The four ‘pegs’ would benefit from being bent upward by about 30° trying to do this at home is very risky - my solution was to find small bore plastic tubing to retain the four holes of the bag. ( Note: be aware that self sourced and cheaper bags rarely conform to the same pattern as UK ones) Buying a second holder asI have done - is my ‘future proof’ reason and do a better looking strengthening. I am still puzzling over what 'that' - is best practice. At eighty years of age some ideas need help. What would make this first class - would be for the manufacturer to take notice and apply solutions by addressing these two areas of concern. Peter GibbRead full review

This holder is well put together and finished. We have not bed mounted ours. It is stable in use when placed on the floor. The prongs are accurately placed for mounting the bag.
