If the title had said; "The Alien Abduction Survival Handbook" I would not have been as unimpressed or disappointed with this book. I also would not have purchased the book in the first place since the whole reason for the purchase was to say what 'non-fiction' literature there was on the subject of Alien Invasions! The book seems to take itself too seriously on the one hand, and too lightly on the other; there are sketch illustrations of aliens and UFOs as expected... and a whole chapter devoted to wilderness survival (under the premise of evading alien pursuit.) What little there is on Alien Invasions felt very much like it had been tagged on as an afterthought and the whole book left me feeling as though it should have been no more than two or three chapters in length
