Perfect for hot summer weather - thin and silky feeling and very comfortable as long as you get the right size - order yourself a bigger size than usual for comfort. I usually wear the cotton ones that leahk make (very well made) but they are too hot for the summer so I tried these thinner viscose ones and they are great in the heat. My waist is 33'' and I found size 18 a bit tight so I am going to order size 20 next time. They would be excellent to pack for a summer holiday - v. light.
