A. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately via ebay message. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please send us defective photos within 5 working days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund to you. If in the case of replacing the whole item, the replacement item will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you.
B. If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us that you wish to cancel you order, by ebay message. If your order has not been dispatched then we will cancel it immediately and full money returned. However, if your order has already been shipped then you will need to pay the whole postage, we will quote for that postage and within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for items that shows evidence of having been used unless they are faulty and scratched. On receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method.
Since we have different items from different warehouse address, please contact us to confirm the return before sending item back.
C. This product is backed by a 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee from the date of purchase. After 1 year, the parts are still can be supplied, but you have to afford the part cost and postage.
