Brand new never been opened what a lovely surprise. I bought it as a replacement (I had the same one) as the Teflon strip converting the heat strip had failed and on making contact with Food saver, they advised NO spare parts available and No workshop available in the UK (very bad customer service).
So glad you had one to sell.
