I have had this screen about two maybe three months now and I must say it is brilliant for the money! I will do a pros and cons at the end to sum it up but I would just like to say this screen is so bright it's ideal for well lit rooms where the brightness of the monitor does not look dim compared to the lighting in the room. The speakers work...which is the nicest thing I can say about them unfortunately, as they are not very loud. The bezel around the outside of the screen itself looks nice too, and is incorporated into the screen so when I'm cleaning the screen dirt doesn't get stuck in any of the edges of the screen, which is nice! And the stand does not take up half of my desk, it looks like brushed aluminium which has been painted black to match the rest of the monitor (Although it is actually made of plastic it is very convincing!). The last thing I would like to move onto before going onto the pros and cons are the buttons; when I first had this monitor I had to get used to their location as with my other Asus one, the on/off button is right near the bottom right corner on the bottom, where as this one the buttons are a few centimeters away from the corner. Not a huge problem but just something I had to get used to when I first used this monitor. Pros: Bright screen Good colours Stylish looks Has a HDMI socket Cons: Screen is gloss not matt (Shiny as apposed to anti-glare) Speakers not loud enough No speaker jack Not wall mountable/Not height adjustableRead full review
