How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free of charge. You will not have to pay a penny.
How do you deliver?
Purchases are sent by Royal Mail, or our designated courier – for safe,
secure, signed-for deliveries to your door.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within the UK only. This includes the Northern Ireland, the
Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man.
We do not accept orders to PO Box addresses and
International orders, including those from the Republic of Ireland and the
Channel Islands.
How long will despatch & delivery take?
Seller despatch time estimate is 2 business days (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm,
excluding bank holidays) Once despatched, customers receive an email to
confirm despatch.
Courier estimated delivery times are within 2-3
working days. Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm; excluding

Can I change delivery method?

If you are not home to sign for delivery, the courier will leave a card
to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please

If we can't assist in solving the problem, a number
of resolution options may be available to you. These are set out below.
Faulty Products
We do not stock spare parts, and are unable to send replacement parts.
We do not have the facility to repair products.
Currys/PC World Outlet provides a warranty on faulty
products as detailed below. All warranty periods are applicable from the date
of payment.
Products sold as "New" and "New Other" 12 month warranty
Products sold as "Refurbished" 6 month warranty
Products sold as "Used" 3 month warranty
If your item develops a fault within the applicable warranty period, a full
refund will be offered, once the product has been returned to the Outlet team
for assessment and verification of the fault.
To qualify for a refund the product must be:
in the same condition as supplied to you
complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
if possible, with the original box and packaging
The above warranties do not cover non-faulty products,
nor issues caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If a product is returned as faulty but found not
to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of accident,
neglect or misuse, no costs will be refunded.
Exchanges
If your purchase develops a fault within the applicable warranty period,
we may offer an exchange for the same, or a similar product. This is dependent
on our current stock. If we don’t have stock available for an exchange, this
option will not be available to you.
As an Outlet store, our stock is limited and we
may not have a direct replacement available for an exchange.
All exchanges are at the discretion of Currys/PC
World Outlet.
The exchange of CD's, DVD's and computer software
may be restricted to the same product.
If a product is returned as faulty but found not
to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of accident,
neglect or misuse, no exchange will be provided, and no costs will be refunded.
Non-faulty returns
If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must notify
us of the same within 7 days of the date of delivery. Unwanted returns are not
accepted after this period.
To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must
be:
unused
in the same condition as supplied to you
complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
with the original box and packaging
Unwanted products cannot be accepted after 7 days
if any of the above criteria are not met.
For hygiene reasons, the following types of products
cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
Health & Beauty products
Personal grooming products
Headphones
We may restrict the exchange of CD's, DVD's and
computer software to the same title.
If a product is returned as unwanted, but the above
conditions are not met, no costs will be refunded.
Dixons Retail plc will not be responsible for the
postage costs, nor for any loss, damage or costs incurred by the customer in
returning unwanted purchases.
How do I return an item?
All items must be
returned in accordance with this policy and via the process set out in our return
procedure.

details of the return procedure and documentation for enclosure within the returns
parcel.
Can I send the item back myself?
All returns must be authorised, and sent via the process set out
in our returns procedure.

a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the purchase.

Can a Currys/PC World retail store help?
Our retail stores are not able to provide technical support or refund
any Currys/PC World Outlet purchases. Please contact the Outlet team

Your Paypal account will be refunded once we have received and inspected
your return.
You can expect your refund to be processed within
48 hours of us confirming we have received the item. You will receive an email
confirming your return has been received and a refund has been processed.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
When an item is described as "NEW", what does that mean?
When an item is listed as "New" it means there is an intact manufacturer's
seal, and the item is brand new and pristine. We do not open sealed products.
Some product boxes are unsealed, as supplied by
the manufacturer at the point of sale, and are brand new, pristine, and listed
as "New"
When an item is described as "USED", what does that mean?
When an item is listed as "Used" it means the manufacturer's seal is not
intact. All unsealed items undergo a visual inspection.
"Used" items may be ex-display from a Currys PC
World retail store, or an unwanted, opened product returned by a retail customer.
As such some "Used" products may have minor box damage, or possess minor signs
of cosmetic wear or handling, but are fully operational and function as intended.
Please note: Our Outlet Customer Service team is
unable to answer questions about the specific condition of individual “Used”
products, as all of our products are securely warehoused.
When an item is listed as "REFURBISHED", what does that mean?
When an item is listed as "Refurbished", this means the unit is a manufacturer
refurbished product.
We're unable to confirm the precise nature of the
refurbishment. All our refurbished products come with a 6 month warranty.
Refurbished products may possess minor signs of cosmetic wear or handling, but are fully operational and function as intended. Refurbished products are supplied in plain boxes, not original manufacturer packaging.
Does a WARRANTY cover my purchase?
We are unable to confirm what manufacturer warranty is contained within
the product, nor whether the manufacturer will honour such guarantee.
