Since some times, I was looking for a keep fit dvd on ebay, when one day I spotted this dvd but miss the end date. Luckily for me it was relisted and got it this time. Since the day I received it, it is so waouw!! My daughter and I are having fun doing the exercises together. It is so smooth and we're having lots of fun. There are some easy movement and well explained exercises. And lot of sweating too!!! I would recommend it to whoever want to have fun while keeping fit.
The DVD is very fun to do and would be great for people who are relatively new to exercise, or those who just fancy something a bit different and enjoyable. There is a routine to learn in the middle section so it keeps you interested, and the cool down was really effective - with toning exercises that I had never done before. Its not the most difficult as far as aerobic work rate is concerned but I did build up a sweat. The DVD lasts 55 minutes and it seems to pass really quickly - which must be a good sign. The fitness and dance instructors were light hearted and each move was explained in an easy to follow manner, with constant reminders of how to keep your stomach muscles tight and prevent any injuries. This DVD is a basic fitness programme, with girls exercising on the beach in swimming cosies, if you like that sort of thing, that's fine but there is not much bellydancing instruction in it. If you are looking for proper bellydancing instruction combined with moderate exercise, buy "Luscious" from WorldDanceNewYork. It's 100% belly dance moves.
decided to buy this as i wanted to tone my stomach for my holiday and found this really worked i hate working out but doing this the hour just flew in and i never felt like i was exercising just dancing around , i have now bought a belly dancing scarf and do this every dvd every day and have reccomened it to all myu friends
I had hired a copy of this to try it out before I bought it, DVD is well planned out and is done in sections you have the warm up first, then you learn basic moves before going to the next level. What is really good is that if you dont get the hang of a move you can just replay that section untill you get it right.Great fun aswell as giving you a work out, great for the stomach muscles.
