I read this book in a day and I hardly read these days. It is long winded but stick with it, I probably skimmed thru some stuff but message is good. Separate starchy carbs bread pasta rice potatoes from proteins. So have lots of veg with either carbs or protein leave about 3 to 4 hours between each meal. Eat fruit on empty stomach. Hey presto you get better digestion, more energy and WEIGHT LOSS yay!

Although what he says makes sense, it is very misleading to claim you will not need to be on a diet, you can eat what you want, etc, so long as you follow the instructions TO THE LETTER!! Basically, this means a diet consisting of uncooked, totally natural products. So, unless you are prepared to exist on fruit, nuts, beans , vegetables (raw), then this will not work for you!!! Total waste of money !!!!
