CANCELLING YOUR ORDER IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
Unwanted Goods under Distance Selling Regulations:
The Distance Selling Regulations give customers the right to change their mind and to cancel an order within seven working days.
We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but if you do change your mind please contact us within 7 days from the day after you receive your goods. Reasonable care should be taken whilst the goods remain in your possession and goods must be returned to us within 14 days in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition with any seals or wrapping unbroken. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind or goods returned without prior notification. This period is extended to 28 days over the Christmas period. Proof of posting is recommended.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we will provide a replacement
(subject to stock availability) or a refund.

All products advertised in our Ebay shop are subject to availability or while stocks last (as may be applicable).

DELIVERIES
Please note that we only deliver to addresses within the UK
Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete your order listed in your Paypal (if applicable) Working days are Monday to Friday except where this falls on a Bank Holiday.
Orders received and paid for before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays), will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
