      Brilliant, deliberately 'crippled'

      This is a really powerful, almost pocket sized device. Really useful when travelling. The downside is the high screen resolution means tiny text and despite having 4G, typically Apple, does not support phone calls or WhatsApp. They would kill the market if they allowed that.

      iPad mini 5 is the best fm all mini range. I used to have mini 2, now I am a proud owner of mini 5 with Wi-Fi & cellular & maximum memory available.In comparison This is best of the best. Beautiful quality screen, super fast processing, quality cameras front & back., 10 hour battery life. I prefer having both Wi-Fi & cellular as it has many advantages.like using Wi-Fi every opportunity when it’s available to save cellular data but it’s there if you are out of range for Wi-Fi. Price rang is bit expensive but if you want the best you have to pay.ipad mini is best of the best in comparison to other tablets. I love it

      Small but perfectly formed.

      The last of the original design iPad mini with up to 256gb of storage is better value than the recently released all screen iPad mini. because of it's small form factor it gives you somewhere to hold the iPad without putting your fingers all over the screen. Prices vary wildly on the iPad mini 5 but bargains can be had if you are patient, it will have support for a few years yet and battery life should be good since these were only launched in 2019.

      big isn't always better

      I previously had an iPad Pro 12.9" so I was hesitant to go small, however, I find the smaller screen absolutely fine, it has more pixels apparently hence the clarity and as I wear glasses I can hold it closer to my face which proved difficult with the big one, all in all a much more practical iPad for me but I don't do any drawing or design, just browsing otherwise my view might be different. Whichever iPad you choose you'll be getting a great product.
