A wild mix of different styles kicked off a new decade for the New Yorker´s of Blondie. (Here recording in L.A for the first time, much on the demand of producer Chapman.) Jazz, Reggae and even Rap in a brave release, is fun, entertaining and really nice. Still can be played on A calm evening when you´re missing the flashy 1980´s!

Good quality and it came in time. There was a clear description and picture which suited the product.
Autoamerican was a very different album for Blondie. The two singles taken from this album, Rapture, and The Tide Is High were also very different, one was reggae and the other was rap but they were both big hits! The cassette contains an extra track, Susie And Jeffrey. This 2001 release includes not only bonus tracks but an expanded booklet with rare photos and new liner notes by producer Mike Chapman giving an insight to what was going on at the time of making the album.
g8 fan over the years, not seen her live yet, still hoping!! yes good cd some old ones /few new general all round ok easy listening.
i love blondie and this is a good good cd. doesn't seem to have the focus of the previous 2 albums parallel lines and eat to the beat which were just great songs and more great songs. however it is still very inventive and forever pushing the boundaries and i'm a fan
