Reported the item as not arrived and asked for a replacement to be sent as the item I had purchased was for a gift . Contacted seller who just said open a case....I asked for a replacement and seller sent refund and blocked me repurchasing very disappointed saying the seller is running a business hadn't great customer service! Wouldn't recommend and maybe seller needs to complete a customer service training course.

Clearly if another item was sent you probably would not of received that either. Do not know what the issue is you were fully refunded. Seems you like leaving negative feedback to Sellers God bless
