    Weber should license this product and include it. It's that good.

    I love it when something so simple adds such great value. I've used the Vortex on a couple of Ribeyes so far. I seared them directly over the Vortex flame to get the awesome grill marks and color you've been wanting. Then slide them off to the side, throw on a chunk of Hickory wood, put the lid on, crack the top vent and enjoy a beer. Use the instant read thermometer and pull them at about 140. Wrap in foil and enjoy another beer. After finished, open the foil and you're ready to go! I'm going to use it for a few pounds of BBQ'd hot wings this weekend. Can't wait!

    This device can get your kettle grill up to 800 degrees ( maybe higher) indirect cooking with this makes chicken like you fried in oil.Many other variations for grilling for longer periods. Well made
