THE VINYL   EX+

As you can see, this vinyl is the highly prized 1st EARLY 'STRAWBERRY' UK pressing with the  matrix numbers on each side, confirming this is a FIRST 1978  pressing.

This first pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We rarely see copies of this LP at all, let alone like this.

The centre hole shows SOME LIGHT spindle skate lines, the holes remain tight.

Under a very bright light you can see there are a few tiny light whisp lines and a fw light hairlines, no scratches or marks that spoil the play

 JUST A LITTLE TINY LIGHT LEAD IN STATIC AS YOU WOUL EXPECT, THEN THE OPENING TRACK BOOMS OUT IN STUNNING STEREO SOUND! A few tiny little pops along the way in a couple of places..no skips or jumps on our system.

The whole LP plays fantastic.

THE LABELS   MINT    Both are superb condition, original matt labels with no damage or writing

THE SLEEVE     EX STRONG 

Correct LAMINATED  first issued earliest sleeve. Later presses were unlaminated

This whole sleeve is in SUPERB condition with very little signs of wear 

The edges are all super clean with only SOME LIGHT TIP RUB on the opene edge corners where the lamination stops short.

All colours and inks remain in outstanding condition like new!!!

The lamination is gleaming like a mirror and there is no bubbling  -There is a slight 'ripple' on the openeing edge of the sleeve and some very light ring press.

Just a couple of little spider lines over the edges. The spine edge is totally unmarked and all legends are perfectly readable, just a couple of tiny spider lines over the edge

WE CLARIFY BY SAYING, THIS SLEEVE IS SUPERB QUALITY. AND THESE LAMINATE SLEEVES ARE BECOMING VERY HARD TO FIND.

THE INNER SLEEVE   EX

thick card printed inner sleeve with NO thumb groove - Some light rub and ring wear and a few light creases..no scissoring.
