1.All Items are described to the best of our knowledge, Vehicle Compatibility Lists provided are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee correct part fitment to your vehicle. If you are unsure about the part fitment, please contact us with your vehicle registration or VIN number before purchase.
2.All items described are for the right-hand drive vehicles from UK market.
3.All our items are in good, working and cosmetic condition unless stated otherwise. We supply used parts so please expect that all items may have minor damage/faults/scratches etc. which are not affecting their usage. Paint codes on car body panels are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee paint colour match, it is recommended that you repaint panels to match your car colour. Most electronic items such as engine ECU s, control modules and audio equipment will require specialist coding to work, we may not highlight this in the individual listing’s description.
4.Postage costs shown in our listings apply to UK Mainland only (if not otherwise specified). Please contact us for postage prices to British Islands, Scottish Highlands. International delivery is available for selected items only via eBay Global Shipping Programme. We are unable to provide delivery to countries not included in this programme.
5.We currently accept all payments via eBay Payments, Bank Transfers & Cash on collection. We do not have facilities to accept credit or debit card payments on our premisses.
6.All delivery services provided are tracked and require signature upon delivery. Please make sure somebody is available to collect the parcel as most couriers charge for additional delivery attempts. If you require tracking number, please contact us for details. eBay delivery times shown in the listings are estimates only and delivery delays which are out of our control can occur, please plan your bookings with mechanics / body shops considerably.
7.Collection in person is available from our premises in Unit 4 Cookley Wharf, Leys Road, Brierley Hill DY5 3UP. Please contact us to arrange a convenient date and time. eBay orders by collection in person will be only released with scanning of eBay QR collection codes.
8. We are operating on Global Accounting Scheme for second hand goods and we do not provide invoices with VAT shown separately therefore our sales are not subject for any VAT reclaims. We can still provide you with Global Accounting Invoice with 0% VAT rate if requested.
9. Spares 4 BM s Ltd does not cover or take responsibility for any costs of 3rd parties charges such as mechanics, electricians etc for whatever reason.
