I am very reluctantly having to sell my beautiful R1200GS Adventure.
This is the very latest water cooled model that was launched by BMW in March 2014.
I have previously owned a further 4 R1200 adventures and although the others have been fantastic, this model is better again.
This is the standard adventure model with optional comfort pack (heated grips, tyre pressure monitors etc) and panniers / pannier frames. The adventure comes standard with ABS, traction control and road / rain power options as well as numerous other features which, if your looking at this, I'm sure you are aware of. As you would expect, this bike is unmarked and virtually as new
I bought this bike in March (first registered on 21/03/14) from Allan Jefferies and as always, it was carefully run in by me prior to its first service, which was carried out by the dealer on 13/05/14 at 745 miles. Since then I have used it for a trip to Germany in June where most of the current miles were done. Other than that trip, I have only used the bike to commute to work. It has now covered 3448 miles but that may increase very slightly if I use it for work before it's sold.
The bike is registered in my name at my address. The V5 Is present as are both keys, owners / service book and all the other paperwork that came with the bike including the Datatag registration etc.
I am reluctantly having to sell owing to a medical problem (hip replacement) which will unfortunately prevent me from riding for a considerable time.
This is a considerable saving on the new price for a bike which is 'as new' and comes with the remaining BMW warranty for extra peace of mind
If you would like and further info please feel free to ask. Viewings/Inspections are very welcome but I will not allow test rides without seeing a comprehensive insurance policy and licence first.
Thanks for looking
