I would recommend this book for anyone who has a problem with controling the amount of food they eat. I started using this book a few years ago and got on brilliantly with it. I felt so good, had loads of energy, i slept so well and woke up in the morning feeling really fresh, and i felt younger than i had in years. Then i lost the copy i had, so had to buy it again. I would say, for me, it is a must have book. Great recipes,with inspiration from other people who have used the book. I would suggest though, that before starting the 28 days, sit down and read through it first and set your mind to it, then you are properly prepared, then set a start date (it is best to start when you have 3 or 4 days off work, as withdrawal symptoms can make you feel really ill for those first days) and off you go.
