Terms and conditions of the sale
Payments:
 
• We accept payments via eBay and PayPal.
• Currently we do not take payments by Credit or Debit cards on the phone.
 
Despatch:
 
• We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business working days (except Bank/Public holidays).
• Orders received after 2:00pm weekdays and orders placed on Weekends and Bank/Public Holidays will be despatched the next working day during normal working hours.
• Orders paid by cheque/BACS require 5 working days for bank clearance. Once cleared, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
• United Kingdom deliveries are sent via Royal Mail post or Courier Service. We reserve the right to send items by Overnight Courier Service. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery though most of our orders are delivered within two to six working days. If your order is not delivered within this time scale after placing your order, then please contact us via eBay messages quoting your User ID. Please note that for UK address, Royal Mail accepts queries after 15 days from the date of despatch of the order. For lost case a declaration form will be sent to you which is a requirement from Royal Mail.
• Shipping will only be to the address registered on eBay or PayPal. Please make sure that the correct shipping address is on eBay or PayPal.
• If you are not at the delivery address when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave a calling card with information for you to arrange collection or re-delivery. If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery of your parcel/s within the post office's specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens then you will have to reimburse the return postage cost charged to us by Royal Mail and pay the shipping costs for us to re-send the parcel (We reserve the right to apply additional charge of £12 in the event of a non-collection when goods are delivered by Courier).

REFUNDS:
 
Customers can return any products within 30 days after the delivery date for replacement for a full refund (excluding refund of PRIORITY, EXPRESS OR COURIER POSTAGE CHARGE). We cannot refund any courier charges if opted by you at the time of the placing the order.

    Absolutely brilliant product with ample space once your feet are inside. The air has enough room to circulate which gently warms your feet to the perfect temperature. Thoroughly recommend.
