Bought these bars bars for training a cycling easy to fit and good product. Pnly downside is the foam pad housing is plastic when i tighten this up it has split if i loosen it the the whole pads move when i place my arms in them which defeats the object of the armrests so not happy with that really, a simple solution would be to make it of metal other than that i am happy with product.

These bars are nice to ride on and provide the aero position that I need. However the only downside is the fastening of the pads. It is a bit dodgy as I am nervous to over tighten the bolt and snap the plastic base. Other than that they are great for someone who is trying TTs/ Triathlons and want to test the waters before buying a pricier pair of bars.

Cheap, and probably get me another 1, maybe slightly more, mph. I think i took ~1 minute off my PR with these. I don't have a torque wrench, so guess - but I think the 8 to 10 nm is stated is on the low side, as the bar slipped forward once when I went over a bump. Maybe it needs a rubber insert or something to stop that. Otherwise, nothing else to complain about, probably the best £13 ive spent in ages
