I have always wanted a Blackberry mobile phone. OK it is , refurbished, old, poor screen cannot get email to work,, no paper manual. Have to download it. BUT.........It was £300+ back in 2007. T-mobile got the best signal. Can find local, this that, where. Has a Nat. Nav. Which works very well. The signal is strong and can hear my cousin in Bangkok very clearly. It can do so much. The battery runs out quickly, which is to be expected. I will buy a new one. On eBay at £35.99+P&P. They have other models. Give them a go, there are lots of good deals out there.
This phone is an ideal starter of the Blackberry family,is easy to use although did have to get some assistance from vodaphone shop in chester, this was mainly to get settings and tariffs. I'd recommend this phone to those who want it mainly for internet and calls, the only drawback is it doesn't have a camera which most teens want on their phone. Overall a good phone and pretty good value for money.
I liked the fact that it was a BlackBerry. What I was disappointed about was that it has no camera or radio (NOT EVEN THE LATEST BlackBerrys have radio). The good things: a good enough menu, easy accessibility to Micro SD card, nice black shiny color. It has no WiFi though. It's a good phone, although it's just a little too old. If I were you, I'd go with the 8300. Price is also pretty high for a phone that lacks some basics in today's world.
I bought this product to access my emails easily. What I didn't know was, you had to pay £5 per month in order to do this. I was also disappointed at the smallness of the numbers and letters. The clock was very small too. I found it difficult to set up and have now gone back to using my old phone. I should have researched this product more before i bought it.
This is a quality phone. However I don't like the format of the calendar. I have tried to change it but to no avail. Initially I was unable to SMS using O2 sim, the way around this, which I read after googling is to removed th battry while the phone is on - leave it far some time ( 2 to 5 minutes) then put it back. This solved the problem and must problems you may encounter when using this phone.
