Coming from an Android (Galaxy) phone, I am surprised at how easy it is to pick up the system. With a great screen and intuitive features, I am quite happy with it. I can now type quickly on my phone too. The main thing lacking is good app support. All the apps I want are there (apart from LINE messenger), however one or two aren't so polished on the platform. Being totally new software, this is to be expected. I still haven't got the hang of it's notifications system. I'm used to having icons up the top, and now I have to slide right to a different screen. While easy to do, it's not exactly at-a-glance.
This BlackBerry 10 smartphone is quite a little excellent device. Before buying, though, contemplate on what you are really wanting in a smartphone. If you are wanting a phone that is all about messaging, emails, basic social media, and occasional web browsing then you have found the cream of the crop. If you are wanting a phone that is media centered and useful to catch up on the latest YouTube and Netflix videos then you may want to consider the BlackBerry Z10 or Z30. Ultimately, the screen size does play a factor in the user experience. The QWERTY keyboard is best-in-class and the BB10 software is truly a remarkable tool to keep you efficient and informed. BlackBerry 10 is the baby of the OS world but with each update it is making great strides. The Q10 is a fast, sleek phone that deserves a second look for any professional who wants to march to the beat of their own iDrum... ermmm... drum ;)Read full review
I personally hate typing on a touch screen, and BlackBerry is the solution. I wish I had gotten one sooner! I type a lot of emails and texts to patients and students of mine, and typos and miscommunication are not an option for me. The Q-10 has an excellent and responsive keyboard, an intuitive and useful OS that doesn't crash or get buggy. This is a solid phone. My only complaint is that the battery can get drained a little quicker than I'm used to, compared to my previous LG phone. At the end of the day I have around 35% as opposed to 55-60% battery power left. But the Q-10's functionality makes up for it.

This phone is simply amazing. I was extremely hesitant to go to a mostly touch screen phone and I held on to my 9900 for a really long time, but when the battery went bad I figured I'd give the Q10 a try. I'm in love! Its sleek and sexy and all business. It's easy to use especially if you use other touch screen devices like a kindle or a gps. It has a great screen and speaks (the same language) to the avid blackberry user. I know this is hard for a lot of us to get used to, but give it a try guys, you will find that its awesome. Great Battery Life, buttons are superb for fast typing and the screen is bright!!.. It has everything from the classic blackberry, but updated, what else could you ask for?
Unbelievable! I upgraded my Blackberry to the Q10 because it sounded like it was a better phone. It is leaps and bounds better than any phone I have ever had. I use a Blackberry because it performs better as an actual phone than anything I could find on T-Mobile. I can actually make and receive phone calls. The extras found on a Q10 make it in the same league as my wife's Samsung Galaxy! Camera is great. Internet is faster than my laptop! Phone calls are clearer and perform better. Texting is the same as the Galaxy. Battery life is good. It may not have the unlimited amount of apps as a Galaxy, but the internet is much better and makes the apps unneeded. Touchscreen is very responsive. Keypad is awesome and large enough. The wifi feature is another bonus and great if you are in between towers. The Blackberry Hub is awesome where I can easily see on one screen ALL of my incoming items - emails, texts, phone calls, and alerts. It is like having an laptop, phone, camera, and GPS rolled into one. Does more and cheaper than a Galaxy.Read full review
