After several attempts I rang Arnold Clark direct on Friday. They were aware of the situation and offered refund or to replace the oil. I accepted the replace option which arrived Sat morning less than 24hrs from our telephone conversation An excellent company to deal with good price and service. Very appreciated. Thank you

    Good value for money

    The product is excellent, but the length of the blade was 20 millimetre shorter than the original blade. Not a big deal, as it works fine, but surely not expected.
