Recommended. This inexpensive brush is perfect for cleaning alloy car wheels. My identical old one has been fine over the last two or three years. The nature of the work these brushes do means that they don't last forever. But they are inexpensive and are good for 100+ washes (400+ wheel cleanings) before showing signs of wear. Recommended.

Brush is no where near as full with bristles as the pictures look. The metal wire is easily exposed and can easily be rubbed against the rim. It is probably only good for very narrow spokes and gaps in some alloys such as the more recent Vauxhall Astra alloys.

Brought my last brush at Poundland and after two years of loyal service it's now died. Looked there again but our local shop is not stocking them. The Halfords one was did not work as well so looked online. How can I praise these great brushes without sounding like a compleat nerd but great value for a well made brush.

I've bought this product before and its good in performance. It gets through most tight spaces on alloys, and has a fairly long reach. Use with a good cleaner and your wheels will come up a treat. Now the downside. Don't expect this to last more than a few goes. (say half dozen times)The bristles go flat and it loses its thickness, but at the price you pay, does it matter? I've paid far more than this for others that are supposed to be good, and they still wear out after a few uses. So, this works out very good by comparison. I'd recommend this to anyone, its cheap, does the job and easy to get a replacement.
