Product description:- a brief description is given of items should you wish to know more either look up web data (quickest option) or ask the question to us but it can at busy times take a number of days to get back to you.
If you receive and incorrect part or a faulty part for any reason please open a case in the ebay resolution center and you will be given priority, we will then sort the problem for you. Please do not use the messaging system for this as we receive 100s of email a day and it is no always possible to give you a quick solution via messages. Please do not request returns for incorrect items or faulty items unless we ask you to. We hope to treat all our customers fairly and will always sort problems honestly on our behalf and we would ask you to be honest with us. We have systems in place to assist us in combating any fraudulent activity including video footage of all despatches, parcel weights etc. We also consult with fraud databases this helps us keep prices down for our honest buyers. Should we prove any fraudulent activity with a buyer we will without reference report this to ebay, fraud prevention agencies & databases this may prevent you from purchasing via mail order in future circumstances and could affect your credit rating. If you have a genuine problem please do not be afraid to let us know. A genuine problem will be sorted without delay or penalty. Unfair feedback left for us will result in the problem again being reported and the buyer blocked. If you leave negative feedback for us and we deserve it then that is fine. Please treat us fair and we will do the same to you. Any bad language or threats of any nature in messages etc will be ignored and dealt with in a similar manor so please it costs nothing to be courteous and it will resolve your problem quicker. Please be aware we leave feedback for our buyers at the point of sale but this does not display to buyers until they leave our feedback we feel this is the fairest system.
